ONE400 took Docket Alarm to another level
Docket Alarm had created an excellent legal research tool and had acquired several clients since it officially launched in 2012. However, while Docket Alarm was gaining traction, the user experience (UX) and conversion funnels weren’t optimized. Docket Alarm founder Michael Sander hired ONE400 to redesign his site and market his service to attorneys. After carefully reviewing his existing site analytics and understanding his customer behavior we were able to propose a design that not only increased new customer adoption, but that also reduced customer attrition. Once we took care of optimizing his website and UX, we set our goals on increasing site traffic, sales and conversions.
Our first steps were to implement a content marketing strategy to help Docket Alarm rank for relevant key terms. Additionally, we setup and used social media to help distribute the content and get it in front the right audience. Our innovative approach to content marketing, search engine optimization and social media management for Docket Alarm has certainly generated the results we expected. Docket Alarm has been on a strong and rapid growth trajectory ever since we started.
